Jane sheds light on the task of finishing ourselves. She invites the viewer to notice where they have been in order to thoughtfully notice where they are going. As we reflect back over our lives, she encourages us to notice the authenticity of who we are, not who the world thinks we should be, but who we are at our core. Such powerful questions such as, "Who was I?" With supporting props from Victor Frankl, one can't help but be inspired to live, "Everything can be taken from a man but on thing: the last of the human freedoms- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."
So as we make our way through the 'Acts' of our lives, may we take heart that it will be our attitude that helps us ascend up the staircase of life!
