May You Sweetly Seek:)
In Gratitude,
Sarah
If we do what we've always done, we'll get what we've always gotten.
If we tarry in the garden of regret we become prisoners to our past.
If we live in the midst of our anger, we become angry.
If walk in the quicksand of what others think, we will surely sink.
If our voices are blaming, there is no space for gratitude.
If we live ordinary lives, we miss the extraordinary gift of our fearless nature.
If on the other hand we actively participate in the construction of our lives, we change.
We change the reality of how we will live.
We change the trajectory of grace.
In a sense we are all living in a self made castle.
A porous foundation sometimes steeped in old beliefs.
Windows that look out, but with many other eyes looking through them.
Doors that open but only if we have the willingness to push them open.
Rooms that are full of memories, laced with various scenes of the past.
Gardens growing over.
If on the other hand we actively participate in the construction of our lives, we change.
We can change the reality of how we will live.
Our castles become bungalows of intimacy.
Our foundations form from our beliefs, we are free to evolve.
Windows become metaphors for our willingness to allow the light in.
Doors usher in new energies.
Rooms invite us to live life...now.
Gardens flourish with possibilities.
Life becomes extraordinary.
We can change the reality of how we will live.
