In his most recent book he outlines strategies and ways of dealing with the ups and downs of life: financially, professionally, and personally. He suggests that we must acknowledge our favorite flavor of suffering- fear, worry, anxiety, etc. He then offers that we should notice what thoughts get triggered when we are suffering. And from this he poses the most important question, "Do I want to be happy?"
Our thoughts become stressful because we believe them. As you begin this new week, what thoughts are you believing that are contributing to your suffering? How does suffering keep you small? I truly believe we are here to help elevate one another, to think thoughts we have never thought and dream dreams that we only ever dared to.
If not now, then when?
May you whole heartedly commit to participating in the happiness of your life!
May You Sweetly Seek:)
