As I begin formulating, reformulating, and sitting with the vastness of the answers, I begin to allow myself to fine tune my skills. I am curious about people. I love all things spiritual. I adore writing. I desire to be known for making life more beautiful. I am captivated by Yoga. I am a seeker. I am still in the process of allowing this question to organically unfold, but at present I would encourage you to look into your own life.
What do you want to be known for? My teacher and coach Michael asked that we would truly own the essence of what we would like to be known for. He shared, "If you can't own it yet, can you embody it?"
What are some qualities that you could begin to cultivate? At its essence, what would it feel like in you being-ness? Sometimes there can be shame surrounding the ownership of our gifts, but that's where the work of Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and Integral Breath Work can help clients clear up webs of shame. Shame is the experience of feeling as if you are flawed as a soul. Guilt says we've done something wrong, but shame says we are innately defective. Our lights have no business being dimmed by the switch of shame and guilt. You are a unique and radiant light. Acting small does nothing to express your light to the world!
Today I am so grateful to begin pondering this question in my life and allowing the uniqueness of the answer to land in the midst of my awareness. I invite you into this same question. There are limitless possibilities! You're pretty frickn' awesome, so own it!
May You Sweetly Seek:)
In Gratitude,
Sarah
