Due to this new awareness of time I have been able to become more conscious of my habits and the ways I distract myself or go into story about why I can't do something. I have been deliberately scheduling time in nature to tap into the immeasurable wellspring of 'presence.' When I am in nature I so easily feel connected to all that is. As the sun warms my heart and body, the breeze rustles my spirit, I can feel the Earth so generously supporting me. The calming breeze reminds me to focus on my breath, the sounds of the birds inspire me to use my voice, the lush greenery invites me to trust my intuition, the sun reminds me to tap into my personal power, the ground allows me to feel supported, and the blue sky invites me towards a higher connection. I am reminded of nature's divine timing. In this space I am totally in the present moment. Do you have a space in your life that anchors you to the present moment?
As I was out walking this morning I noticed the sunlight on this dandelion. Something so simple, but yet so profound. If I hadn't scheduled this time to move my body and connect with nature, I might have missed this opportunity. The light was dancing in shadows as I stood and connected with the simplicity of the dandelion. I took a deep breath and connected.
Wonder. Gratitude. Joy. Simplicity. Yes. Love. Inspiration. Focus. Here. Now.
In our daily lives it is so easy to miss the little things because we are over-booked and exhausted. We easily animate our pasts and project ourselves into the future. As we become more accountable for the ways in which we invest our time, we are able to experience the miracles all around us.
It is truly a miracle to see, to hear, to feel, to taste, to touch...to simply live. May we support one another as we create a conscious expansion of time in our lives. In what area of life would you like to expand your awareness of time? May you curiously explore this area of your life. May your intentions create miracles!
May You Sweetly Seek:)
In Gratitude,
Sarah
