You'll have to leave people you've outgrown, even thought you still love them.
You'll have to leave places aching with memories without knowing your new destination.
You'll have to leave versions of yourself that served you well until they didn't.
And when you do, when you finally give yourself permission to let go, you will find yourself feeling completely unthread- not bad, not good, just...disoriented.
Home doesn't feel like home anymore. You've outgrown your old life, but don't quite fill out your new one yet. You're lost in the right direction. You don't know what you want...but you know this isn't it. That's all you need. That's enough.
And I know it feels scary, but I want you to ask yourself, are you really, truly scared or just uneasy about the unknown, about starting something new?
Are you really afraid or just uncomfortable? You can handle uncomfortable. You avoid uncomfortable like crazy, but you can handle it. You'll get through it. You're way more resilient than you give yourself credit for.
Because a funny thing happens when you let go; you finally make room for magic. For joy. For ease. When you let go, you can finally let life love you."

Recently my teacher and mentor asked me, "Sarah how do you know the difference between your anxious self and your excited self? Quite often these two energies can feel very similiar. We get surges of adrenaline, fluttery tummies and a swirling mind. These sensations can invite in magic and wonder. We step to the edges of our lives and jump into the magical space of love.
In the Western Hemisphere as we transition into Fall, perhaps you hibernate into this space of letting go. Leaving situations, relationships, and locations that no longer support you. Death and birth are partners in our earthly existence. These two friends are always inviting the opposites energy into our lives. Give yourself permission to let go. Fly my loves towards all that animates your heart!
May You Sweetly Seek:)
In Gratitude,
Sarah
