Allow yourself to arrive and begin to notice how you are feeling in this moment- without the need to judge, edit, or delete those self proclaimed unacceptable emotions. Mindfully situate yourself to notice what is happening in unique architecture of each moment.
May You Sweetly Seek:)
In Gratitude,
Sarah
"Softly close your eyes and become aware of the field of darkness in front of your closed eyes...Notice the feeling of your breathing, rising with the in breath, sinking with the out breath...Feel into your feet and notice the subtle sensations there.
Now, with the question, "How am I feeling?" in mind, pay close attention to the sensations in your throat...then the center of your chest...then your upper tummy...and then your lower tummy.
Now just sit with your attention covering that whole feeling centerline of your body from your throat right down into your tummy...Free of judgement or even labels, just feel into your center and let your breath flow...Some areas may feel soft and comfortable...some may feel tight and uncomfortable...or shaky and vulnerable...Some areas may have very little feeling and seem almost numb or empty...No need to analyze...just feel int your sensitive center."
